Abstract
This study aimed to describe the dynamic archival system is active at Division Port Captain PT Salam Pacific Indonesia Lines . Data collection methods used are observation , literature study and documentation. The results showed that the implementation of active dynamic filing system at Port Division Captain PT Salam Pacific Indonesia Lines in accordance with the opinion Sugiarto and Wahyono (2005 : 33-36 ) , namely : checking , indexing , marking , sorting ,storing.
