Abstract
Procedure is an important part in a company. If a company doesn’t have a procedure, it will make that company disorder. So procedure help a company to manage daily job like which one the important job and which one job that could be pending. Procedure also can help the directors to monitor what their employee do. Every department from that company should have a procedure and it still relate to other department. Like Warehouse department which have procedure to load , Import department which have procedure to import, and accounting which have procedure
of payment and more. So this thesis is made by author to observe procedure payments of account receivable in PT Dakai Impex by cash, clearing check, and transfer.
