Abstract
The purpose of this study is to describe the handling of customer complaints on “My Studio Hotel” having concept of hotel backpacker/hotel capsule. Data collection was done by observation, interviews, and other documents, and data analyst was descriptive qualitative. The results showed that the handling of customer complaints in the “My Studio Hotel” has been running quite well even though it has not been running in accordance with applicable procedures. This is indicated by the lack of clear management workflow in handling customer complaints that occurred in “My Studio Hotel”.
