Abstract

This research aims to know the calculation of section 21 income tax on employee salaries at Swiss Belinn Tunjungan Hotel. The methods used in this research is descriptive methods, which discusses how to calculate Article 21
Income Tax on payment of contract employees at the Swiss Belinn Hotel Tunjungan Surabaya. The results showed that, the calculation of Income Tax Article 21 on 70 contract employees at the Swiss Belinn Tunjungan Hotel in Surabaya was in accordance with Taxation Law No. 36 of 2008 in Indonesia.
