Abstract

The problem of this research is how the procedure of selling chemicals.This study aims to provide information on sales procedure selling. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. This research was conducted at PT INDO ASIA TIRTA MANUNGGAL Surabaya. Data collection techniques in this study are interview and taking documentation of work related to the research. Data analysis was done by descriptive instrument, the respondent of this research is one person Head of secretary company. The object of this research is the procedure of selling. The result of the research indicates that it is necessary to revise the
regulation concerning the delivery of purchase order, so that the related parties can execute the proper sales procedure for the main purpose of the company in
terms of obtaining income as well as profit can be achieved
