Abstract

The problem of this research is how the procedure of recruitment and selection of a company, especially in the receipt of sales promotion girl SPG. The results of this study, in recruiting SPG PT. Karyamitra Budisentosa uses 2 (two) types namely external and internal recruitment. SPG recruitment procedures for PT Karyamitra Budisentosa companies that are not in accordance with the SOP
(Standard Operational Procedure) is internal recruitment which causes the gap between employees.
