Abstract

This final project aims to find out how the procurement Procedure In the eye Hospital is refferring to the SPO (Standard Procedure Operating), the procurement Prosedure in the Hospital is divided into two namely the procurement of routine goods and procurement of development goods (goods whose users can use for a long period of time/ Inventory items) to meet operational needs that are useful as supporting eye Hospital service, Availability of equipment and equipment with the right amount, right quality, right cost, and on time so as to increase profitability and operationalcost efficiency,
Procurement of goods through the proses of requesting goods, approval, checking, until the ditribustion of goods to the units in need.
