Abstract

This research aims to know the role of the Secretary-General in the management meeting of PT Sholobhakti Trading & Contractor. The methods used in this research is a method of observation, interview and documentation. Results of the study explained that the Secretary is urgently needed in the company or agency to assist the leadership in completing Office work in order to perform the duties of the managerial with especially well dipekerjaan company meetings, where the Secretary had an important role from the preparatory meetings prior to the beginning of such administration and preparation room. then when the meeting took place after the meeting and noted the Secretary of the meeting completed the Secretary make an already signed forward and spread the results of the meeting to all meeting participants. The Secretary then monitor the development of the results of the deliberations of the meetings each week and reminded to be discussed back if unresolved employment issues.
