Abstract

The purpose of writing this Final Project is to find out the Duties and Responsibilities of Cook at the Hokky Corner Store, Surabaya. The author, as a cook / crew kitchen at the Hokky Corner Store, Surabaya, made observations of the duties and responsibilities of a cook. From the discussion, the writer concludes that the Duties and Responsibilities of Cook at the Hokky Corner Shop in Surabaya have been carried out in accordance with the established Job Description.
