Abstract
The purpose of the analysis is to describe the Administration of the Ship Logistics Purchasing of PT Salam Pasific Indonesia Lines. The data collection method is used through observation, documentation, and literature review. The analysis resulting that the Administration of Ship Logistics Purchasing of PT Salam Pasific Indonesia Lines according to the purchasing procedure in general, however because of the lack of effectiveness in the working environment, it becomes the obstacle in administration purchasing activity. Therefore, fore the purpose in improving the administration skills, it is needed to have administration training, especially activities related to effectiveness to get the expected final result.
