Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the service procedure in the vehicle service AUTO 2000 Surabaya Basuki Rahmat. Methods of collecting through observation (observation), and documentation, the results of this study show that the procedure services for 4-wheel vehicles in AUTO 2000 is already well underway, fast, and friendly. Procedure services for covering Booking service in person or by hone to the CRC (Customer Relations), after customer came directed by security to the SA (Service Advisor) to conduct consultations care, then do a check list of vehicles by Formen further check list submitted to workshop to do the work until the treatment is completed, then the check list handed over to the SA (Service Advisor) back to inputted as the base cashier to print the invoice, and the last procedure cashier submit invoices to the customer to make a payment so that the vehicle can be under home.
