Abstract
he purpose of writing this Final Project is to find out the creativity of the pastry section to arouse guests' appetite for dessert. The author uses a type of qualitative descriptive research and uses the research method by interviewing Mr. Adi as the chef, chef at the Cendana Premiere Hotel Surabaya for four months, the
result of which is the creativity of the pastry section needed to arouse guests appetite so that the Cendana Premiere Surabaya can compete with another hotel
