Abstract

The purpose of writing this Final Project is to explain the procedure for borrowing books at the Surabaya Polytechnic NSC. This thesis research method uses
descriptive qualitative methods with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, documentation and observation. The results of this study the author
states that the procedure for borrowing books at the NSC Polytechnic Library in Surabaya has run quite well but there are still delays in returning and losing the books
borrowed.
