Abstract
This final project is to understand the destruction of records in the active procedure in Archives PT PKG. The primary data obtained through interviews and direct observation in Archives PT PKG. As for the secondary data obtained from references and reading books related to archives. In this study, the results obtained in the form of a conclusion that the procedures in the active destruction of records in Archives PT PKG starting from the reception archives from the work unit then do the filing and maintenance of the archive after the archive storage according JRA conduct further make proposals destruction of records to the Working Unit (according JRA) and the attached list of records retention Archives
Unit exhausted then prepare minutes and ended with the destruction of destruction of records. Thus the enumeration process carried out by the aid was accompanied by employees of PT PKG alone understand or comprehend archives so that things that are unwanted can be avoided.
