The purpose of the final descriptive task to determine the recipe standards Lunch menu in Palapa Coffee Shop Hotel Grand Inna Tunjungan Surabaya. The procedure of researchisto observe the standard recipe Lunch menu available .Lunch menu at Palapa coffee shop is
divided into 4 parts :1). Appetizer, 2). Soup, 3). Main Course, 4). Dessert. Standard recipes Lunch menu in the Palapa Coffee Shop Hotel Grand Inna Tunjungan Surabaya is to produce a quality product and to meet the prescribed standards,including appearance, taste, aroma and color.Standar and fixed recipe standards that serve to be a benchmark for every chef in kitchen palapa coffee shop Grand Inna Tunjungan Surabaya Hotel so that the dishes remain standard.
