Abstract

This study agreed to find out the restaurant tax calculation at the Historica Café. This research method is descriptive qualitative, with data collection techniques in the form of observation, documentation, and literature study to obtain data. The results of this study the authors state that restaurant tax reporting at Historica Café during January-June 2018 has increased in January to April 2018 but in May-June 2018 restaurant tax reporting at Historica Café has decreased due to promos that are less attractive to visitors and in May and
June is the month of Ramadhan.
