Abstract

Inventory control by using the method of EOQ and ROP is one of the efficient ways in helping the Nirwana Records to determine the amount of safety stock (inventory seat), Reorder Point (reorder) and maximum inventory. Inventory
control of sparepart audio, especially Neutrik NC3FXX Jack Female obtained the amount of EOQ of 115 pcs, and ROP for re-booking when a stock reaches 60 pcs, as well as perform re-booking of 6 days. For the safety stock that must be owned by the company is amounted to 60 pcs.
