Abstract
The title of this research is Service Procedure at Sport Department of Graha Residen Serviced Apartments Surabaya. The purpose of this is research to describe the Service Procedure at Sport Department of Graha Residen Apartments Surabaya.
Result of research conducted shows that the service procedure at Sport Department of Graha Residen Apartments Surabaya good enough. Sport Department of Graha Residen Apartments Surabaya it is expected to improve the quality of care in serving member or visitors that can still work together with Sport Department of Graha Residen Apartments Surabaya.
