Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the application process Sequence of service from the beginning to the end of the service performed by Boncafe steak and ice cream Surabaya.
This research was conducted by observation of data collection with a direct way to the location and directly observe the object studied, so the accuracy of the data
can be justified.
It can be concluded that Boncafe steak and ice cream are already implementing some point of the theory of sequences of service tailored to the type of restaurant
and its services
