Abstract
The development of information resources is growing very fast. Access to information resources becomes easier because it is accessible openly and can be accessed remotely. Libraries in universities generally have a collection of scientific papers from dissertations, theses, theses, final assignments, or works produced by students, and scientific papers produced. This collection is not published, so its use is limited because it can’t be borrowed out of the library and only one copy per title. This collection is a repository of libraries in Indonesia. In contrast to Repository owned by NSC Polytechnic University of Surabaya, Repository of Higher Education of NSC Polytechnic Surabaya only has a collection of scholarly works or lecture book owned by lecturer in Polytechnic NSC Surabaya through Website Based Information System, so that students in NSC Polytechnic Surabaya and general public This information system Become easier.
