Abstract
Of the many family karaoke in Indonesia especially in Surabaya the role of software for the selection or search of karaoke songs greatly affect visitors who come for karaoke.
Pop City Karaoke initially only use a simple Nav Player solfware, because the Pop City is aware of the role of software can affect visitors then year after year there is a renewal Nav Player so it becomes like this.
Nav Player is now more menus and function keys but does not eliminate the concept of the Nav Player is a simple view and easy to use by the first time visitors karaok, but the name of the software program (solfware) there must be shortcomings and weaknesses.
