Abstract
With the development of information technology in this modern era, access to sell and buy goods is also growing rapidly where online sales websites are vying to provide goods for public purposes with various types for sale online.
In writing this Final Project, the problem that writers can point out is the ratio of customer satisfaction to online sales between OLX.co.id and Tokopedia.com.
The author prefers how to compare online sales between two different companies and inform the general public of the importance of transacting, especially in terms of purchasing goods in the online store to be more thorough,
for the sake of security and comfort.
