Abstract
Competency test is the process of testing and assessment conducted by the testers to measure the level of achievement of the competence of learning outcomes of students in a certain type and a certain level of education. Title of this thesis is the competency procedure bridal makeup on a competency test Aliefa
Surabaya that aim to describe or explain the competency procedure bridal makeup on a competency Aliefa Surabaya. Methods used in the conduct of research that
interview, observation, and documentation. The result of this study indicate that the competency procedure used LKP Aliefa Surabaya is quite good and in line with the opinion of Puspitawati and Anggadini (2011) and following the procedure established by the certification competence.
