Abstract
In the era of free trade, every company faces stif competition. Increasing the intensity of competition and number of competitors requires companies to always pay attention to the needs and desires of consumer expectations by providing services more satisfactory than that made by a competitor. Araya Family Club is company engaged in services that provide good service. This study aims to find out how the procedure excellent service to the customer Araya Family Club Surabaya. The result of research carried out showed that excellent service
procedures to customers in Araya Family Club is good enough and follow the step that have been set are Greeting be welcome guests with a warm and sincere,
greet and offer help, answer and explain according to customer requirements, offer to help again, invited to sit even waiting customers, praising with honest and
friendly, and do not forget to say “sorry” and “thank you”.
