Abstract
Sales administration is very important for the running of a company. In order for a company to run well, good sales administration is needed. This study aims to determine Sales Administration at CV Laskar Sinar Surabaya. This research uses descriptive method with data collection techniques, namely observation techniques and documentation techniques. The results of this research show that the sales administration at CV Laskar Sinar is quite good, because the sales flow and also the documents used are quite effective and are prepared systematically using the chronological method. Sales at CV Laskar Sinar use the payment method due a maximum of 7 days after making the note, but sometimes a problem is an error in recording the payment which results in re-billing of consumers who have already paid off.
