Abstract
Acceptance the state (PNBP) is not a tax is revenue the central government didn’t come from the reception of taxation and will be used by the state to add to the wealth or devisa state the result of the reception state is not this tax will deposit to the treasury state writing thesis of this aims to know the receptions state is not a tax in Kejaksaan Negeri Surabaya.
The method of writing used in this is to take one object in particular. Data was obtained through two sources is primary data and secondary data. Data Primary acquired through observation directly in the Kejaksaan Negeri
Surabaya, while the secondary data obtained from another source which deals with the writer Obstacles that faced the attorney general of Kejaksaan Negeri Surabaya especially on the treasury receipt is purvey or didn’t bring the results the verdict of the court then the process of acceptance the state is not the tax will be delayed again and the lack of PC and laptop at the treasury.
Suggestion can the writer give to the attorney general of the country Surabaya especially on the treasury receipts is the treasury recipient should be more strict and have to remind to purveyor, if their not bring the verdict
of the court and lack of PC as well as laptop should more pay attention, so that the work can go smoothly and be done in time.
