Abstract

This study aims to determine the supervision of goods inventory at PT Fajar Lestari Abadi. The type of research used is descriptive research, with data retrieval technique through observation, interview, documentation and literature study. The result of the research shows that the supervision of goods inventory in the branch of PT Fajar Lestari Abadi that happened is based only on the excel report sent by email from the branch office without having supporting evidence which resulted not the synchronization of the report with the fact that happened,then PT Fajar Lestari should endure do the stock of the hospital orderly accompanied by written evidence and responsible signature and settled standard
operating procedure (SOP) of inventory control. The inclusion of inspections in each branch office to ensure reports and physical stocks are appropriate.
