Abstract
As Surabaya's population growth is very significant, according to Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) Surabaya in Figures 2014 (Surabaya in Figure) reaching 2,765,487 people need a decent place to live. Residential needs consists of 2 kinds of housing (landed house) and apartment (apartment). One of them is Adhiwangsa Apartment located in West Surabaya and located at Jalan Mayjend Yono Soewoyo No.9 Surabaya. which carries the concept of "Diamond Life Style" is to provide shelter for the middle-up. In accordance with the concept of "Diamond Life Style" in the stretcher Adhiwangsa apartment that the manager must have a professional service system to meet complaints residents. As for several complaints among residents of civil, mechanical, electrical. To maintain consistency and professionalism in the application of standard operational procedures in handling complaints, in order to provide satisfaction to tenants.
