Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out and describe the procedure of handling complaints in The Adhiwangsa Golf View Residence Surabaya. In this research, the researcher uses interview and observation as research methodology and also uses descriptive data analysis. Handling complaints procedures in The Adhiwangsa Golf View Residence Surabaya is good enough because it has already followed the steps that have been est abolished by Hamdani theory. To evaluate the company and incrate knowledge for the other.
