Abstract
The imbalance of demand and availability product causes trouble in service. It necessary to study inventory control of sunscreen through Activity Based Costing (ABC) analysis methods, Economic Order Quantity (EOQ), and Reorder Point (ROP) in dr. Has Skin Care Clinic’s Pharmacy. Using ABC Analysis Method with EOQ and ROP calculation to determine the optimum amount and ideal time of ordering products. Through ABC analysis, there are 7 types of sunscreen to prioritized as an inventory. Based on the optimum amount of order from 7 types sunscreen range from 1-8 items. Based on ROP method is ranging from 1-7 items.
