Abstract
The purpose of this thesis was to determine the applicable cash dispensing system, classification of accounts (COA), and the making of the Chart of Accounts
(COA) at the House of Quality Indonesia PT Group.
The type of this thesis is used by writers is the descriptive research through a qualitative approach is to provide a review of the data obtained by the authors to
be more clear and meaningful than mere numbers. This method aims to illustrate the truth of the facts which exist and which occur on the current conditions. The
research was conducted in the House of Quality Indonesia PT Group is a company engaged in the field of international standard quality improvement
services located at Jalan Majapahit No. 68, Surabaya.
The results of this thesis indicate that the implementation of the system of cash disbursements made by the House of Quality Indonesia PT Group is intended
for financing purposes of operating, investing, and financing companies that tend to be on internal controls requiring all cash disbursements must accompany the
approval of the competent authorities so that expenditures to be accounted for truth. Giving an account code (chart of accounts) PT Indonesia House of Quality
Group using code blocks, although there are some functions that are less efficient COA or COA effective as leasing company debt.
