Abstract
This thesis is to understand the process of the imported goods type FCL (Full Container Load) on EMKL which at this writing is done in PT Puninar Jaya Surabaya Branch.
The primary data obtained through interviews and direct observation at PT. Puninar Jaya while the secondary data obtained from references and reading
books related to the expenditure of imported goods.
In this study, the results obtained in the form of a conclusion that the process of import expenditures FCL types starting from the order by the importers continued to complete the necessary documents for expenditures such as Bill of Landing, Invoice, Packing List, PIB then tax payment by the State Customs Slip Excise and Taxation (SSPCP), followed by a response by the customs in the form of the emergence of Approval Letter of Goods (SPPB) and ends with the release of goods from the port to the next unloaded in the warehouse importer. Thus the good coordination needs to be done by the staff of imports and related parties in expenditures related primarily by importers related documents and staff trucking transportation transport of goods.
